Applicant is unable to apply for internal vacancy.

If you have an applicant that's unable to apply for an internal vacancy, it may be due to the internal email extension not being configured. To resolve this, advise the applicant to apply using their work email address.

You need to configure the work email address extension that appears after the @ symbol in the Email Extension screen. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Personnel then click Recruitment.

  2. Click Reference then click E-Recruitment web Parameters.

  3. Click the General Parameters Tab then click Email Extension.

  4. Ensure the Internal Email Extension is populated eg. @work.com.

You've now enabled the internal email extension.
