Unable to view vacancies

A user is missing vacancies in the Vacancies tab.

If a user is unable to see some or all vacancies in the Vacancies tab, this is either because they don't have the relevant access or CorePortal is timing out due to too many open vacancies.

To resolve this, follow the steps below.

Check the user's access

Back office

  1. Click CorePersonnel then click Reference.

  2. Click Reference Q-Z then click System Users.

  3. Search for the relevant user's personnel number.

  4. Under Security Type, select REC - Recruitment Access.

  5. Click Show Access then enable or disable the relevant options.

  6. Click Save.

Portal

  1. From the dashboard menu, click People Management dashboard.

  2. Under Data Centre, click View All.

  3. Search for and click HR user access.

  4. Select Recruitment access then search the relevant employee.

  5. Click Show Access then enable or disable the relevant options.

  6. Click Save.


CorePortal timeout

To prevent CorePortal from timing out due to too many open vacancies, we recommend you close some of your oldest open vacancies via back office.
