Error - 'Unable to display My Online Recruitment -1 at location T' when applying for vacancy

Internal applicants are getting the error 'Unable to display My Online Recruitment -1 at location T' when applying for a vacancy or viewing the vacancy from their portal account.

This error usually occurs when the applicant number is not linked with their personnel numbers.
Please link the personnel number with their applicant number.

In Back-office:

  1. Go to Core personnel, Recruitment, Recruitment maintenance, Applicant details

  2. Search applicant number

  3. Double-click on the record

  4. Click on the Link button and click on Match against the correct personnel no

  5. Click OK

In Portal:

  1. Go to Recruitment Dashboard, Applicants

  2. Search applicant and click on the View button

  3. Under the applicant details tab, click on the Applicant Link button in the top right corner

  4. Under the Employee link enter the personnel number

  5. This will link the employee
