Manage Applicant Statuses

Create applicant status reference data, and create email templates.

To manage applicant statuses, watch the video or follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Recruitment dashboard

  2. From the Toolbox tab, click Open on the Applicant Status option

  3. Click Add

  4. Enter a code and description

  5. Enable the Active toggle

  6. Expand the three dot menu on the relevant status and click Status Details

  7. Enable the toggles as required

  8. Click OK

  9. Expand the three dot menu on the relevant status and click Email Template

  10. Enter the subject and body

  11. Click Save
