Edit a Staff Request

Is it possible to view, edit or delete a Staff Request on Portal after it has been submitted?

It is possible to make edits, providing the request is still in a status of saved/planned. However, once a staff request has been submitted for the approver(s) review, no changes can be made.


To Edit a staff request in Portal:

  1. In the Recruitment module, go to Toolbox

  2. Select Staff Requests within the My Recruit Toolbox widget

  3. On the My Requests tab, click on the three dot ellipsis button against the staff request that needs to be edited

  4. Select Edit

  5. This will automatically open up the staff request wizard, though, this time it will act as the Edit Request wizard, where changes can be made to the original staff request

  6. Make edits to each step as required

  7. Click Save

To Delete a staff request in Portal:

  1. In the Recruitment module, go to Toolbox

  2. Select Staff Requests within the My Recruit Toolbox widget

  3. On the My Requests tab, click on the three dot ellipsis button against the staff request that needs to be edited

  4. Select Delete

  5. A pop-up box will ask if you sure you want to delete, click Yes
