There may be times when applicants don't receive emails, such as the status update emails, from PeopleXD Recruitment, despite the emails showing as sent in the email queue.
To resolve this, watch the video or follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, click Administrator Dashboard.
From the Site Manager widget, open Admin Settings.
Search for cp_recruit_email_from.
Update cp_recruit_email_fromN to [email protected].
Update cp_recruit_email_fromE to [email protected].
Ensure the EMS Username and Administrator Email fields have the same values.
Under Document and Email Templates, click the Email From Configuration tab.
Set the Recruitment Email Address to [email protected].
