Amend applicant status codes

What are Applicant Status Codes and how are they maintained in CoreRecruitment module in CorePersonnel?

Note: The below configuration changes will impact the system on a Global Level. As always if any configuration changes are to be made this needs to be completed first on a Test environment and confirmed to be working as expected before promoting to the Live Environment.

The Applicant Status Code is used to track an applicant through the various stages of the Recruitment Process.

Click CorePersonnel, Reference, A-C, Applicant Status
The indicators available are:

  • Applicant Applied: All applicants are marked initially with this status.

  • Applicant Offer: An applicant marked as Offered once they have been identified as being successful.

  • Applicant Acceptance: The successful applicant has accepted the offer.

  • Applicant Panel: Applicants can be places on an applicant panel.

  • Online Enquiry Update: Allows interviewers make enquiries online.

Each indicator must be linked against one of the Applicant Status types.

Note: The Applicant Acceptance Status is necessary for the successful promotion of an applicant to an employee

To insert a record:

  1. Select Edit Mode

  2. To Insert New Record, press the Green Plus icon on the toolbar.

  3. Add in the necessary details.

  4. If required, tick the indicators

  5. Click Save to update the changes

  6. Click Quit, Red Door icon to return to Main Menu.
