The Current Questions tab is where Questionnaires for the Vacancy can be configured.
In PORTAL:
Login to the Portal as Recruitment Admin
Vacancies Widget, Select Vacancy, Edit Vacancy
Vacancy Details, Current Questions
As well as assigning question categories that have been pre-populated in the back office, the users can click Add Question to add any specific questions they have against this vacancy.
Enter Question and select an Answer Type. Depending on what answer type is selected, additional information may be required (for example, if you select Yes/No, select an Unsuitable Answer).
Add a Sequence number of when this should display and make the question Active and flag as Mandatory, Private, etc. The Active indicator means that the question is available for use.
Save.
Click on Cog Wheel next to the question and Activate / Deactivate or View Question Detail
In BACK-OFFICE
In Core personnel click on Recruitment
Then click on Recruitment Reference
Click on Question Category
Select the required Question and click on Question profile
