Get the most from your Customer Success Portal

The Customer Success Portal is a great way to get all the help and support you need with your software and services. To get the best experience from the Portal, we recommend you log in. Once logged in you can:

  • Search the knowledge base for answers to all your questions. We’re constantly adding new content to our knowledge base, so the next time you have a question, don’t forget to check it!

  • Sign up for a live webinar or watch a recorded one – Webinars are a great way to learn how to get the most from your software and services from an Access expert.

  • Check out the latest release notes to see what great new features are available to you. Create and manage your cases online – If the knowledge base doesn’t have the answer you’re looking for, you can create an online case for our support team. You can also easily manage your cases, track progress, add comments, and see any comments we’ve added.

  • Use My Access to check the status of any active projects, view which members of your team have access to the Portal, and who can raise cases.
