When reporting on applicant source information in PeopleXD Insight, it's of help to recruitment administrators to identify the medium from which they applied.
This can be done by including field Utm Source from the Applicant Master (Recruitment) view. The contents returned will be as follows.
Populated, the value indicates the application's source, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.
Blank or null where the applicant has applied from the e-recruit website.
Tip: Use a report calculation to replace the blank value with a specific reference, for example, 'Careers Website'.
