Set up authorised users on a vacancy

Turning on/off the authorisation details section:

  1. Search for the vacancy in Recruitment

  2. Click on Actions

  3. Select Edit Vacancy

  4. Navigate to Vacancy Details 2

  5. Click on Actions

  6. Click 'Authorisation Details'

  7. To turn it on select the Restricted switch, to turn off do the same if the switch is blue.

To add or remove users from the authorised list for a vacancy please see below.

  • Adding/removing a user is as simple as setting them to active or turning off the active indicator.

  • You can search for a user in the search box to make it easier
