There are seven possible causes of this issue:
Cause 1: No Start Date was entered when creating Competition
Cause 2: User has not been granted Recruitment access to the relevant Department
Cause 3: User who created the Post, is not ticked on as a Post Administrator in the Recruitment User Profile
Cause 4: The competition was set to Restricted upon creation
Cause 5: Post Admin has been removed.
Cause 6: "Unsuitable Answer Option" field on database contains invalid character
Cause 7: Internal, External and Recruitment Open Times are not set at 15 minute intervals e.g. 10:40
Resolution 1:
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to have the correct start date entered for this Competition
Resolution 2:
Select Personnel, Reference Q - Z, System Users
Input Username effected
Change Security Type to REC
Click Show Access
Tick Access Granted against the relevant Department
Click Save
Resolution 3:
Select Personnel, Recruitment, Reference, Recruitment User Profile
Scroll to User effected
Tick on Post Administrator
Click Save
Resolution 4:
User who created the Competition needs to be logged in to carry out the next steps
Select Personnel, Recruitment, Maintenance, Competition Detail, Query Competition ID
In the Select Detail box, Authorise
Untick Restricted option
Click Save
If Competition ID cannot be viewed at this stage to change the Restricted Ind Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to have the Restricted Indicator turned off.
Resolution 5:
User who is listed as the Post administrator has been removed from the system.
This value will need to be updated for the competition in question.
Resolution 6:
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to have the correct "Unsuitable Answer Option" input for this Competition
Resolution 7:
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to set the Internal, Open and Recruitment Opening Times to a 15 minute time interval e.g. 10:00,10:15.
