This usually indicates that the other users have the menu item
CorePortal - Vacancy Restriction Override ( System=CorePortal) ticked on in one of their menu profiles.
This overrides the restriction configuration for the vacancy and ensures that users can open and view the vacancy and view details in Applicant Details screens.
This menu item will need to be disabled to ensure that vacancies that are restricted cannot be viewed by users not selected in the Authorization screen.
Why can users view a vacancy that they do not have access to?
Users have access to view vacancies via Security Dashboard, Setup Tab, System Users, Security Type = Recruitment.
