There are two possible causes of this issue:
Cause 1: HR Admin user does not have access to department for Recruitment Access Security Type, and/or
Cause 2: HR Admin user does not have access to sensitive department for Sensitive Department Access.
Resolution 1
Grant HR Admin user access to relevant departments for Security Type = Recruitment Access. To do this:
In CoreHR Back Office, click CorePersonnel, Reference, Reference Q-Z, System Users. Ensure that the Portal Account option is selected and use the HR Admin user's personnel no.
You can do the same from Portal:
In People management dashboard, go to Data Centre, View all, search access, and click on HR User access.
Query employee and select 'Recruitment Access' in security types, show access, and enable 'Access granted' for the required department.
Resolution 2
Where the Department is a sensitive department, grant HR Admin user access to the department. To do this
Click CorePersonnel, Reference, Reference Q-Z, System Users
For the Security Type, select Sensitive Department
Select Grant Access.
Click Save. If the department does not display - it is not a sensitive department.
You can do the same from Portal:
In People management dashboard, go to Data Centre, View all, search access, and click on HR User access.
Query employee and select 'Sensitive Department Access' in security types, show access, and enable 'Access granted' for the required department.
