As an initial check please review your Recruitment department access.
This can be found in portal as follows.
βPeople Management, Data Centre, HR User Access.
Select required staff number under Username.
Set Security Type equal to Recruitment then click Show Access.
Ensure all Reference Codes have Access Granted enabled then click Save.
The next best thing to check is if there are any extra spaces in the title/description and to ensure all of the vacancy details are filled in correctly.
If the issue persists after updating the access, then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Please also advise of the account experiencing difficulties and whether it would be possible to loan it temporarily to investigate further.
