Talent Pools and Talent Pool Categories can be configured in Recruitment, as per an organisation'ss requirement to define and group a set of employee or applicants.
Employees can be added to these Talent Pools in HR Admin, from a given Date Added. An employee can be a member of many Talent Pools if required.
Talent Pools are also available in Recruitment. If an employee applies for a vacancy on Recruitment, an applicant record is created for them. If that employee is a member of a Talent Pool, that will display in the relevant Talent Pool options in Recruitment for the recruitment administrators to review.
Talent Pools are managed at Person level on the system i.e. they are directly associated with an employee or applicant record and not linked to a Post Appointment/Contract.
How to View Employee Talent Pools
Click the ellipsis icon for the employee and select View Dashboard
There is no requirement to select a contract on the dashboard. Talent Pool assignments are managed at person level and not at a contract level.
Slide to the second page on the Dashboard
Click on the Talent Pool option
Please Note: The number displayed here will reflect the total number of Talent Pools that the employee is assigned to.
If not Talent Pools are currently assigned, this will display 0.
The Talent Pool screen will pop up.
This screen will show any Talent Pools that the employee is already a member of, including the date that they were added to it.
