Change password for agency portal - back office instructions

An external recruitment agency has locked their account and needs to reset their password.

Passwords for agencies can be changed in the back office. Follow the below steps to complete this.


Note: On the first login after a password reset, the user will be asked to reset their password.

  1. From Available Products, click CorePersonnel, then click Recruitment.

  2. Click Recruitment Reference, then click Recruitment Agencies.

  3. Under Recruitment Agencies, click the agency record, then in Login Password, enter a new password.

  4. Click Ok.
