Check if the Default Application Form field is populated in Recruitment Dashboard, Vacancies, Edit Vacancy, Vacancy Details 1.
If this field is blank, there is no application form attached to the vacancy.
Therefore the application form will not display when Application Details is selected for an Applicant.
This is expected behavior. Attach an application form to the vacancy if you want to see details under Application Details.
