Select this role for field Creator Role in Recruitment, Reference, Recruitment Parameters, Staff Request Parameters.
Assign users who will be creating staff requests to the Creator Role and appropriate group/level in Reference, Maintain Organizational Roles.
Turn on parameter Online Staff Requests: My Requests by Organizational Role in Recruitment, Reference, Recruitment Parameters, Client Parameters button.
Test all scenarios.
Example: A user with creator role is given access at department level to a specific department.
This user can create staff requests for all departments but can only see staff requests for this specific department.
