How can we reassign a staff request to another employee?

You can reassign a staff request to another employee via the HR Process Administration screen:

  1. Click CoreHR, go to Event Management, and select HR Process Administration

  2. Cancel out of the Selection Criteria window

  3. Click the Administrator tab which will open the Selection Criteria once more

  4. From the Process Category dropdown list select Staff Requests

  5. Select filter using other fields if needed and click OK

  6. Click Edit next to the staff request

  7. Under Task Status Details click Edit next to the task in question

  8. Click the Reassign Task button

  9. From the Notification Type dropdown select Person

  10. For the Personnel NO field select the employee to whom the task needs to be reassigned

  11. Click Save
