This error displays when the email address the user is trying to register the account with is already in use.
Resolution 1
The user will need to register the account using a different email address
Resolution 2
The user can navigate to the Login section of the recruitment site
From here they can select the Forgotten Password option
They will fill in the email details the screen prompts them to enter
This will generate an email to that email address which will contain a link to unlock the account and reset the password
