These error messages usually appear because the database connect string is not set to the correct value.

To resolve these error messages, the following Aspose checks will need to be carried out:
To check if the Aspose license is set up, click CoreSecurity, Setup, Third Party License
Check if a valid license file exists for the Aspose license type. If the license file has expired or is missing please contact Support and reference this article.
To check if document templates are set up, click Recruitment, Reference, ERecruitment Document Tracker
On the Parameters tab, check the document is of format .doc (there are known issues with .docx).
Check that any image or logo is of type .gif
In the Server Parameters section, check the Database Connect String field is correct.
