A vacancy is held in the table PERS_RECRUITMENT and example of fields audited are
category, open_date, close_date, competition_type, department, cost_centre, position_type, restricted_ind, external_open_date, external_close_date, internal_open_date, internal_close_date.
1. Create an Insight Report using the view Audit Details (Personnel).
2. Add fields: Table_name, Field_name, Key, Key_Value1, Date_and_Time,
Username, Old_Value, New_Value
3. The following are examples of filters that you can use:
Table_Name Equal to PERS_RECRUITMENT
Key_Value Equal to 99999 - where you know the recruitment id of the vacancy
Field Name in the list OPEN_DATE, CLOSE_DATE, POSITION_TYPE
Create Audit Report for Vacancy / Competition
Check changes made to a vacancy / competition e.g. if department, open date changed or restricted indicator enabled/disabled.
