Unable to Export Vacancy to Broadbean.

Reason 1

Review the Job Description for any symbols and characters such as trademark symbols, ampersands, hyphens, etc.
If there is a large number of these either in the description or on other free text fields, this can cause the system to reject the export.

Reason 2

There might be an issue with the Broadbean credentials stored in XD for connecting to Broadbean. In this case, it is advised to raise this with Broadbean providing values set for the below parameters (Admin Settings) along with details of the error from the debug logs.

Please raise a case with PeopleXD Support referencing this article along with the competition(s) affected and if we are ok to test by trying to export the affected vacancy to Broadbean to generate the logs and verify them to confirm the error.
